Who I Am?

Know Me

Natural Life 365 is my blog on general health and wellness. Following life as naturally as possible is part of my day-to-day and I hope to share my knowledge with my readers encouraging them to discover a better world for their bodies and minds. Because although it sounds cliché, I have found that investing in our health is the best we can do.

I do not want to confuse anyone, I am not a doctor but for some time I have realized that thanks to the research I have done to write for online magazines and also, based on my own experience living in India since 2015, organize and write content on natural remedies, Ayurveda, etc., has become a task that helps those seeking alternatives. It is also for this reason that I have decided to narrate my adventures and discoveries in India to contribute my grain of sand to a community that seeks to make the natural, a lifestyle.

Let’s Know Each Other

It's been a few years since I left Argentina to venture to live an experience in India. With some money in my pockets, I packed my bags, and with the help of my husband, who is *Bengali, got on the plane bound for Calcutta (Kolkata).

Since then, I have not stopped investigating, either reading books by authors focused on natural life or talking with the locals to immerse myself in their culture, beliefs, and lifestyle.

It is not about imposing ideas, it is about discovering something new without being afraid of losing your own identity along the way, and for this, you need to have an open mind to listen to things that for the West, can be unknown (and even contradictory) and you know what people say about it: "The unknown scares but it is the podium of the winners."

I am a faithful believer that one should try to get out of his comfort zone in order to see life from another perspective. Therefore, I encourage you to approach life differently: change your chip, no matter where you start, you will always be missing something, but that is not an excuse to take that first step.

Studying English opened many doors for me since I had the opportunity to work with authors of different nationalities translating their books. Also, I write content for businesses and various web pages, and online magazines, among others.

Since I was a child I have been passionate about animals, history, diversity, and everything that is different from me. I always designed my travel routes in my mind as I wanted to explore the world, discover new languages, and taste new flavors. So I decided to create my own blog as a personal space where I can share everything I have learned from living in India, among other things...

I am adventurous and risky, and many times I have had to be very brave. I love to travel, photograph, and read for inspiration, and why not, inspire others?

And I will take my favorite quote from Anna Campanella: "One of the benefits of being bicultural is simply the awareness that how you live, is not the only way.”

Thank you very much for following me and encouraging me to continue every day with this project to which I am putting so much illusion! heart
